Hi! My name is Kate Gabrielle, and I Illustrate the Eloise and Ramona flapper doodles. I'm 22 years old, I have two cats, and I love grapefruit juice.

flapper doodles are Prismacolor black and white drawings (sometimes with a hint of color) of 1920's flappers doing fun things -- riding a two seated bicycle, playing hula hoop, jump rope or just vamping it up for the cameras.

The drawings are based on my love of the 1920's, silent films and the carefree flappers of the jazz age, combined with my Peter Pan-like wish to always be a kid. I am having so much fun drawing these, I actually do feel like a kid all over again, just doodling with sidewalk chalk on the driveway. I hope you will have as much fun looking at them as I do drawing them!
